About our Picture Booth Photos hire
Due to popular demand, we have introduced our Picture Booth Photos hire package, which upgrades you from the standard 2″x6″ photo strips, to the large 4″x6″ picture print outs.
Our package is available anywhere in Sydney and still includes our open booth inclusions, such as unlimited pictures and prints, free setup/pack down, on site attendant, choice of backdrop + digital USB album, with all your photos from the event.
To ensure amazing photo quality, we use professional DSLR cameras, with adjustable lenses & an external flash. Our sublimation printer can produce 4″x6″ photos in just 15 seconds, with a high glossy overcoat, which lasts a life time.

Premium Templates
When upgrading to our premium 4″x6″ print outs, you can decide how many of your guests photos will appear on template, with options ranging from 1 to 4.
To deliver a truly personalized service, we will contact you to understand your theme, color preferences, messages and event tone. This is to ensure we can recommend a range of suitable templates form our library, as well as customizations that we can produce, from fonts, theme combinations, and more.

Polaroid Photo Booth
For high volume events, consider our Polaroid Photo Booth, single-shot style print outs, for your guests.
This is a great option that we can setup, where you guests can take up to 4 sequential photos, and select the best one for printing. The print can be either a full definition photo, or, be imposed on a polaroid booth style template, from our library.
Single shot booths are also great for high volume events, with short bursts of time between the important milestones of your event. We can shorten the 4 photos to as little as 1, to ensure an ‘production line’ of guests get through as efficiently as possible, to produce great print outs.
Overlays
Black & Filters + Simple Overlays
At Rapid Print, we understand sometimes less is best, which is why we offer a number of filter effects and simple overlay style templates.
If you like the subtle overlay option, let us know your custom text, font preference and any additional vector style imagery you’d like. Overlays can be simply text, to elaborate borders, logos, messages and icons, that we digital process to all your guests completed photos, ready for printing.
If you want a more classic look, enquire about your filters, including black & white for those polaroid style photo booth images, as well as vintage, animation and many more filters.

Guest Signatures
Looking for that extra personal touch? Enquire about our guest signature option, which allows your guests to put their personal digital signatures on their photos.
Our Picture Booth Photos packages allows you to opt for the FREE guest signature option, which will include a touch screen monitor available for your guests to digitally draw their signatures and messages. The way it works is that our software will prompt your guests, after their photos are taken, to add their custom signatures, prior printing.

Green Screen Picture Booth Hire
If you don’t have a specific backdrop you’d like us to shoot against, contact us about our FREE green screen option.
Our Green Screen is compatible with with our Picture Booth hire package, and can be personalized to any theme you like. This will give your guests a selection of custom digital back drops that they can select from, to impose on their images. If you don’t have a specific theme, and would just like some variety, we have an existing gallery of famous landmarks, different colors, famous celebrities and more for your picture booth hire.
For those that do have a theme, feel free to send us standard JPG images to add to our gallery, our let us design up to 6 personalized backdrops for your event.

FAQ
What is the difference between this package and the standard open photobooth package?
The main open photobooth package, while $100 cheaper, offers the traditional 2×6″ photo strips.
The Picture Booth Package offers larger premium 4×6″ prints, both as single shot images, or we can fit multiple images.
The advantages of this package include:
- Larger format prints (double the size)
- Full size images
- More room for personalized designs
The decision to go for the traditional photo strips or premium size photos depends mostly on your budget and taste.
If you prefer only 1 image per print, we would highly recommend the Picture Booth Package, as it can fill the entire 4×6″ size (which is not possible with the traditional 2×6″ photo strips).
How many images can we fit on the Premium Prints?
Rapid Print Photobooth can fit between 1 and 6 images on the 4×6″ template (otherwise known as ‘post card size’ prints).
Majority of Rapid Print customers opt for the single shot format, with the design limited to a transparent PNG (usually text) in a corner. The next most popular option is 3 guest images, usually 2 at the top, 1 in bottom corner and a design in the bottom right corner.
What locations do you offer the premium photos package?
We offer premium prints through our Picture Booth Photos package across the greater Sydney metropolitan area, as well as the regions in Wollongong, the Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains and Central Coast.
Can we shoot on our own background?
Absolutely, we can shoot against your own backdrop, be it a curtain, media wall, furnished room or feature wall design. We can also shoot against natrual scenary, such as on a balcony, waterfront, moutain view or live event.
Rapid Print Photobooth have professional photographers, who can adjust out studio strobe and DSLR cameras to suit for any envrionment.
Does the premium prints package work with the Green Screen?
Yes, Rapid Print offers Green Screen Chroma Key technology with our 4×6″ premium print package.
Select from either our own digital backgrounds (international landmarks, celebrities, different colors etc) or let us know your theme/branding, so we can customize your digital backgrounds free of charge. Our customers can also opt to send us their own images to add to the Green Screen gallery, provided they are JPG or PNG (landscape size) format.
My event is outdoors, can you setup the photobooth with premium prints outside?
Sure, Rapid Print can setup our open photobooth hire outside for your event. We only ask that you have a plan B location for us, to setup the photobooth under cover in the event of rain or strong winds.
What discounts and packages can you offer with the Picture Booth Photos hire?
For an informal event, like a birthday or Christmas party, you can add a Jukebox/Karaoke to your Open Photobooth hire for just an additional $100.
For a more formal event, why not add some mobile printing, such as a roving print photographer, or a Hashtag/WhatsApp printing option for an extra $100.
For those with 3×3 meters in an indoor venue, upgrade to the Enclosed photobooth for an additional $100.
I'm on a budget, do you have a cheaper photobooth option?
Yes, if you are on a budget and want a cheap photobooth option, switch from the premium prints on this page, to our regular open photobooth package, which offers the 2×6″ prints.
This will take $100 off the Picture Booth price, and you can also negotiate a 3-hour package at a very affordable $700, saving a total $150, while still offering unbeatable value with unlimited prints, on-site attendant, props, digital USB album + DSLR camera quality professional photography.
