What’s best, a booth or a photographer? When the budget is limited, there is unfortunately sacrifices that need to be made… but no longer! With Rapid Print’s Photoshoot Booth package, you can have the best of both worlds, at your event.
At just $599, you get 3 hours of our open booth + 1 hour of Instant Print Photography. That’s 4 hours total of photos & instant prints, delivering great pictures of your guests against a backdrop with props, as well as more candid style photos, from our roving style instant print photographer.

Our open booth is a portable photoshoot machine, sporting a DSLR camera, external flash, speedy sublimation printer + easy to use touch screen software.
Take high resolution, professional style photos in our open booth & get double 2″x6″ photo strips, printed in just 12 seconds! Unlimited photos and prints for you and your guests with our photoshoot package.
All our open booths come with props, an on site attendant and an open air backdrop, where you can select from our open white tulle curtain, or mix it up with our green screen. We will also provide you with a USB, which includes all the high resolution digital copies of the night.
Our motto at Rapid Print is that a personalized event is a great event. This is why we offer the customization of your photo strips as a free service, to ensure you are able to capture the right colors, message and theme for your event.
When booking your event, we’ll ask about your custom text, preferred style and any other information to help us tailor your photo strip design. We’ll then send you a series of photo strip mockups for your approval, to ensure your guests appreciate the time and effort you put in to your event.
Our super fast printer can produce double 2″x6″ photo strips, which is unlimited for the duration of your photoshoot booth package hire, to ensure everyone who gets a photo, can enjoy their instant prints for a life time.
If you don’t have a preferred backdrop or decoration you’d like us to shoot against, we can provide a selection from our available of FREE curtains, which includes a traditional white curtain or the option to mix it up with the Green Screen.
The white curtain (pictured here), is a double layered, white tulle, silk curtain. It is specially designed to ensure light is nicely absorbed for close range photography, ensuring your best pictures look amazing. The white curtain is our preference for more formal events, such as weddings, engagements, 18th & 21st birthday, as well as christenings.
If you prefer to mix it up, enquire about our Green Screen photography, as a fun alternative to the traditional white curtain.
Instant print photography is similar to traditional roving photography, where the photographer roves your event venue, to take photos of your guests. The difference with Instant Print Photography is the purpose; roving photographers focuses on digitally editing a small number of pictures they take (after the event), while Instant Print Photography focuses on instant printable photos, for your guests to take home and enjoy.
Like a roving photographer, we’ll use a DSLR camera to rove your event venue, taking photos of your guests at their tables, with their loved ones, on the dance floor and more. We’ll then send the picture to an on-site photo printer we setup, for an instant 4×6″ (post card size) photo, that your guests to take home.

The Photoshoot booth package includes 1 hour of Instant Print Photography, so just let us know before hand when you think it will be best to take those 1 hour of photos. We can also split that 1 hour into 2 sessions at 30 minutes each, if you think it will be better suits your guests.
If you feel you need an additional hour for a larger event, just let us know & it will only cost an additional hundred for the extra hour. Alternatively, if you think your guests would more prefer an additional hour on the open booth, we can honor the same price for 4 hours of open booth.
