Green Screen (also known as ‘Chromakey’) is a computer generated visual effect, that changes the background in a photograph or video. The Rapid Print team have access to some of the best Photobooth Green Screen technology, allowing our guests to select from dozens of custom back drop options to enjoy, with our photobooths for rent.
We’ll provide your guests with a tablet at the event, where they can select any backdrop they like. Our software also supports live view, so everyone will be able to see themselves on the big screen in REAL time with our booth.
At Rapid Print – Photobooth Sydney, we believe a personalized experience is a great experience, and as part of our package, we work with our clients to set up the most appropriate backdrops for your party hire experience. You can opt to send us your images for upload, or, simply let us know your theme, and we can design the images for you at no extra cost.

Do you offer a Green Screen Photobooth Service?
Yes, Rapid Print offers the best Green Screen photobooth service in Sydney, under our Open Booth Package (at no extra cost). We can customise each and every backdrop to suit your event theme, be it an event theme or specific branding. You can also send us your own PNG or JPG images (landscape style preffered) for us to load on our digital gallery. Our software allows you to select from either a gallery option, which gives your guests control over which images in the gallery to use as their digital background, or you can pre-set specific images for the green screen.
My event is outside, can we run the photobooth hire outdoors?
Yes, absoultely, Rapid Print can run your photobooth outdoors. In the case of raind or strong wind, we just need you to provide an plan B (indoor space) for us to relocate the booth and continue taking pictures at your event.
Is there an enclosed photobooth option?
Yes, if budget allows and you have 3×3 meters space indoors, you can upgrade from Open Photobooth to the Enclosed Photobooth for additional $100. Please check out our Enclosed photobooth package here for more details.
Do you offer discounted packages?
Yes, Rapid Print offers very competitve discounts for packages.
If you need a 360 Video Booth + Photobooth, we can offer both together at $999 (discounted from $1,500). We can also add a Jukebox or roving Print Photography for an additional $100 a night.
What areas do you service?
Rapid Print photobooth services the the Sydney CBD & greater Sydney metro area. We also offer all our service to the Central Coast, Wollongong & Blue Moutains at no extra cost.
What happens in the event of a technical disruption?
Rapid Print have backup equipment (camera, PC & printer) ready to replace any faulty equipment at your event, to ensure the photos and prints continue to flow.
Does the open photobooth package include an attendant?
Yes, Rapid Print Photobooth offers an on-site attendant at all times to man your photobooth.
The attendant is a professional photographer, who ensure full control for each and every photo with the DSLR camera. An added advantage is the ability to continuously adjust the camera & strobe settings, as the lighting changes throughout the event.
Other advantages of the attendant include:
- Crowd control, ensuring guests are able to move through the photobooth efficiently, so that everyone gets instant photos & prints. This is also to prevent any accidents, with a focus on personal safety
- Encouraging guests to use the photobooth, to ensure you get great value at your event, and as many photos/prints as possible. Your attendant can also show guests how to use the booth or operate it for them
- Change the paper/ink on the printer, as well as instantly replace any faulty parts, ensuring no technical disruptions end the photobooth experience
- Your attendant will work with your event organizer before the photobooth start time, to ensure the correct filters & camera settings capture the ideal feel you want to achieve with your photos and prints
- Providing your event organizer with the USB, which will include all the digital copies from the event
- On-site support with your event organizer, to ensure we remain committed to the itinerary of the event. This may include pausing the photo booth during formalities, switching to different backgrounds or locations at the venue, or sharing instructions with guests (for example, sticking a photo in an album, or holding 1 of the prints in a stash for the organizer).
