Our photography booth is from our premium line of backdrops, offering our only 4 panel and fully enclosed booth package.
Requiring 3×3 meters of space, the booth sits elegantly in function rooms, while maintaining a strong presence, that naturally invites your guests to come in and join the fun.
Our photography booth enclosure will arrive in 4 panels, that your Rapid Print attendant will assemble, on site, as well as supervise for the duration of your hire. Careful attention will be placed to the best possible place to setup, ensuring visibility, presence and safety of your friends & family.

Prepare your guests to take home hundreds of photos with them, as our super quick printer produces double 2×6″ photo strips in just 15 seconds.
To ensure the photo strips match your event vibe, energy and messaging, we will work with you prior to the event on designing the right artwork, coloring and tone for your photo strips. Our photography booth package includes free art work setup, ensuring a great final product for you and your guests to enjoy.

Our photography booth setup
Our photography booth setup includes an extremely portable, yet powerful booth, known as Flairbooth. Equipped with a professional CS2 Sublimation printing machine + Nikon SLR camera, we promise vivid professional photos, printed on high gloss & overcoated sublimation paper, that last a lifetime.
To ensure no technical disruptions, our package comes with a backup camera, computer & printer. In the event of any technical problems, we can easily replace the problematic part within 5 minutes, to ensure the show goes on.

What’s an enclosed photo booth hire without props? The Rapid Print team provide an amazing selection of props for your guests to chose from, including a treasure chest of over 20+ funny hats and a table full of novelty glasses and lays.
For those looking for something more theme related, we also offer virtual props, which your guests can add digitally to their photos, via our touch screen interface, prior to printing. Our virtual props are particularly great for weddings, where guests can add bouquets, wedding cars, love hearts, just married logos, bride/groom signs and more.

Photography booth - FREE album
We offer a range of extras to go with our enclosed booth rental, however, our photography booth, being our premium line of booths, offers a free album, for all guests that book an additional hour or 2, in addition to the standard 3 hour package.
The album includes 8×8 pages, metallic pens, and double sided tape. We always pack a backup glue stick and extra pens, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How much room is required for the Enclosed Photobooth?
Rapid Print’s Enclosed Photobooth requires 3×3 meters of space, within an indoor setting.
Corner spaces are most ideal to control traffic in and out of the enclosed photobooth, but not essential. There is no requirement for an lighting, as the Rapid Print photobooth team will provide all the essential lighting to ensure amazing photos of your guests.
What are the advantages of the Enclosed Photobooth over the Open Photobooth?
The Enclosed photobooth offers the following advantages:
- Large aesthetic display that demands & captures the attention of your guests, complimenting formal event rooms, particularly for weddings, christening & engagement parties.
- Additional privacy for guests who prefer to have a fun time during their photobooth experience, without any looks or judgement from the room
- Sound barrier protection, as the DSLR camera clicking, printer & giggling photoboothers can be better masked at the event, particularly if you want guets to take photos during speeches and other formalities.
- Space filling, for large event halls that fall short of the ideal seating capacity.

What events are best suited for the Enclosed Photobooth?
Given the size and pricing of the Enclosed photobooth, we find demand is most for weddings, engagements, christenings, large milestone birthdays (16, 18, 21 & 50) and high end formal parties, usually with a formal dress code.
We don’t recommend the Enclosed photobooth for house parties, small gatherings or any event held in a small venue.
How long does it take to setup the Enclosed photobooth?
The Enclosed photobooth takes 90 minutes to setup.
This is all included in the $850 price and does not affect the 4 hours of photo/printing time.
For example, if you opt for the 4 hours enclosed photobooth package and your even starts at 6pm, we’ll generally arrive around 4pm, to ensure we setup comfortably before 6pm, ready to commence 4 hours of photos & prints.
I don't have 3x3 meters of space, what other options do you have?
If you have limited space at your event, or on a budget, please check out our more affordable Open Photobooth Package.
The Open Photobooth only requires 4 feet of space to setup and is $100 cheaper.
Does the Enclosed Photobooth have an attendant?
Yes, Rapid Print’s Enclosed Photobooth has an on-site attendant at all times. This includes for setup/pack down, but also on-site for the entirety of your event.
The attendant is essential, as they can take full control of the DSLR camera, personalizing every shot to rival professional photography. The attendant also controls the studio strobe/DSLR settings, to adjust as the lighting conditions change at your event. The attendant is also required as part our liability insurance agreement, also to encourage guests to use the Enclosed Photobooth during quiet periods.
Lastly, your attendant has access to backup equipment and is able to change any faulty essential parts, to ensure no significant disruptions to the photobooth experience.
