In short, Rapid Print – Photobooth Sydney started from our garage in May 2015, specializing in t-shirt printing services. In those days, we focused mainly with on-demand custom t-shirts & apparel, for customers around the Liverpool area of Sydney. We then expanded to merchandise printing in 2016, specializing in sublimation drinkware, such as mugs and stubby holders.
Given our expertise in printing, we had a unique opportunity in December 2017, to provide live on site printing for a client’s wedding, who requested we printed their guests photos onto shot glasses and coasters, for their guests to collect on the night. With just 1 week to pull out our dusty Sony Mirror less camera, and source a backdrop and photo lighting, we managed to pull off an impressive job, which you can check out here and here.
The event was an instant hit and we had requests from many guests at the wedding, to provide the same setup for their events.
Naturally, Rapid Print – Photobooth Sydney found ourselves gravitating back towards the party hire industry, and after investing in some advanced photography workshops, we introduced a more mainstream photo booth printer in 2018.
The latest addition to our business has seen an expansion of our Entertainment line to include a Mirror Booth, Mobile Printing Bar & Jukebox/karaoke.

All our attendants are fully trained with our equipment, and spend weeks learning on the job, before they’re entrusted to setup and supervise a booth, at a live event. We don’t outsource our booths to casuals for a quick setup, and instead, we use only members of trusted team to not only setup your booth, but remain on site at all times.
Let’s face it – equipment sometimes just doesn’t work, which is why all our attendants have backup equipment for all the booth essential hardware and software. This means we take a backup DSLR camera, photo strip printer, and computer with pre-loaded software everywhere we setup, and can organise a quick swap if something stops working at your event. This ensures your event continues, free of technical disruptions, that could potentially ruin an important milestone or life event for you and your guests.
