A common question for photobooth vendors is ‘how long does it take to setup a photobooth on site’? The answer is quite simple:
Open Photobooth: Approx 25-30 minutes
Enclosed Photobooth: Approx 50-55 minutes
The above estimates are based on realistic averages of what it takes from the time we arrive in the car park (function centres) or drive way (residential), to the time everything is setup (including props, printer, camera and everything) for the first photo of the night. We also add an additional 30 minutes setup time for all our photo booth events, to ensure there are no unexpected delays in setup.
